How much time in advance do I need to reserve the event center?
Since The Round Up Event Center can be booked up all year long, we ask that you please book your events as early as possible. For large events, we ask that you please give us a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. Contact us for more information regarding your specific type of event.
What staffing is included in the venue rental?
Our catering packages come with enough supplies and staff to feed and serve up to 200 guests. Our policy is to serve your guests in rapid fashion so that no one is left waiting. We aim to please with all of our events and parties and even provide security on-site for your convenience and safety.
Are there any decoration restrictions or limitations?
While we do not limit the colors or languages you may choose to use, we do ask that you refrain from using any decorations that may prove offensive to staff or other guests. If you are wondering about a specific type of decoration, please contact us at your earliest convenience.
Do you have a liquor license?
Yes, we have a cash bar available for all events. Please refrain from bringing your own liquor from outside. Let us know what type of liquor you prefer and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Does your venue offer in-house catering? If so, is it an exclusive offering?
Yes, we provide catering for all events. Our catering packages can serve up to 200 people and come with a sit-down, full-service menu served on white china. Our packages are typically served for six hours and come complete with security for your convenience and safety.
Is there a payment scheduling option available?
We try to make our events and party planning center affordable for every one of our customers. However, we do require that payment be made up front before the event occurs.
Do you have parking on-site? If so, how many parking spaces are available?
Yes, we have plenty of parking for you and your party or event guests. Our parking lot contains 167 guest spaces. Please contact us if you feel that parking will become an issue for your special occasion.
Are there any additional costs?
All costs will be discussed at the time of reservation. In other words, you will never be surprised by any charges after the event is over. For more information regarding all deposits and fees, contact us at your earliest convenience.
